SHIPPING POLICY
Columbia Label has a daily pick-up account with Fedex which offers ground and air shipments throughout the USA. Columbia Label insures all packages and has agreed to the terms of the Fedex Service Guide and Tariff Information (http://www.fedex.com/). FedEx does not deliver on Monday when shipping to a home address or residence. Customers are encouraged to become familiar with Fedex policies, and how they affect Customers when it comes to delivery times, Fedex misshipments, bad weather and other matters.
As a matter of Policy, Columbia Label informs the customer at time of order the shipping date and estimated arrival date (please see Fedex Service Guide and Tariff Information for what services are guaranteed and under what circumstances they are guaranteed). Columbia Label does not remake orders at Columbia Label’s expense due to wrong addresses supplied by customers, Fedex misshipments or delays by Fedex.
Wine labels are shipped FedEx Ground free. Customers may have to pay for expedited shipping.
RETURN POLICY
Columbia Label will offer a 100% product refund on any label product where the diecut and printing produced did not match the diecut and printing ordered. Incorrectly diecut/printed label orders must be returned within the first 15 days of invoice for a full refund. Partial refunds are available after 15 days. No refunds are given after 30 days of invoice.
Columbia Label will offer an 80% product refund on any blank label, tag or paper product ordered. All items must be in “as-new” resellable condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards (not filled out), manuals, packaging and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial &/or complete forfeiture of your credit and a restocking fee. Columbia Label is not responsible for any rebottling and will not pay for bottling fees.
Short Run or Long Run Custom Orders and Special Orders are not refundable.
Columbia Label will not accept any returns shipped freight COD or USPS COD. If you ship items to us, please insure the items to their full value and request proof of delivery. Items must be in original packaging.
Shipping is never refundable. You pay shipping to us on returns.
If you return any merchandise without approval it will be refused and returned to you.

We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
