Artwork Specifications
Software Compatibility
When providing files for print we need vectored design files, preferably AI or EPS files.
Our Prepress team works with Adobe Illustrator, but if your design files are in another format please send the original format as well.
Please do not outline the fonts for any text that will change, as we are not able to make text changes to outlined fonts. Instead, please provide Truetype (TTF) or Opentype (OTF) font files for any fonts used.
If there is any elements within the label that is not vectored, please provide the original file for that as well. These may be things like a logo, photos, or artwork that are part of the overall label design. These would be Bitmap images with file extensions such as .jpg, .jpeg, .psd, .png, .tif.
Any non-vectored files you provide need to be at least 300dpi for print quality purposes.
If you do not have access to your label design files you will need to reach out to your current vendor or graphic designer and request all of the elements mentioned above.
We can make simple text and color changes for you to your vectored design files, but we do not offer complex design services in house. If you need design work done, we are happy to provide recommendations for graphic designers who you can reach out to.
If you have a file you would like to submit use our art upload form to start placing your order.
