Shipping Policy DBA Columbia Label has a daily pick-up account with Fedex which offers ground and air shipments throughout the USA. Columbia Label insures all packages and has agreed to the terms of the Fedex Service Guide and Tariff Information ( Customers are encouraged to become familiar with Fedex policies, and how they affect Customers when it comes to delivery times, Fedex misshipments, bad weather and other matters.

As a matter of Policy, Columbia Label informs the customer at time of order the shipping date and estimated arrival date (please see Fedex Service Guide and Tariff Information for what services are guaranteed and under what circumstances they are guaranteed). Columbia Label does not remake orders at Columbia Label’s expense due to wrong addresses supplied by customers, Fedex misshipments or delays by Fedex.
